Guide Guru Global is a discovery, booking, and marketplace platform connecting travellers with professional, verified local guides across India, and providing hotels, governments, and enterprises with guide and experience infrastructure. Certain features described on this website — including Guide Guru Shield™, the Guide Academy, and select platform modules — are under active development and will be made available progressively; their availability does not constitute a present offer of those specific features.

4. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to book or transact through the platform.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
• Guides listed on the platform are independently verified per our onboarding process; the Company facilitates discovery and booking but each experience is delivered by the guide or partner concerned.

5. Bookings & Payments

Prices, availability, and booking terms for guide-led experiences are set out at the time of booking. Cancellation and refund conditions, where applicable, will be communicated at the point of booking. The Company may charge a platform or service fee as part of the transaction. We work to ensure accurate listings but do not guarantee that every listing is free of error, and reserve the right to correct pricing or availability mistakes.

"Guide Guru Global", "Guide Guru Shield", the Guide Guru logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Anubhav Collective Private Limited (trademark applied). All website content — text, graphics, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

• Do not misuse the platform to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Do not attempt to circumvent the platform to transact directly with guides where such circumvention breaches an active agreement.
• Do not use the Services in a manner that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of guides, travellers, or partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including experiences delivered by third-party guides or partners. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

9. Privacy

We collect information you provide directly (such as contact details submitted through our forms) and use it to respond to enquiries, process bookings, and improve our Services. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Information may be shared with guides or partners strictly as needed to fulfil a booking, or with authorities where required by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
